Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud
We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for scheduling social media posts on behalf of clients, and we use the community management tool to reply to customer service-related questions or other general fan engagement. Further, we use the analytics section to create monthly and quarterly data reports. We are also looking into the social listening tool.

- Quicker replies & follow ups on customer service tickets
- The platform notifies me with alerts but I prefer to see these via email since I don't log in daily to Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud
- We've had a number of account managers in the last two years, which was a little difficult with transitions on their end.
