The flexibility and control that Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud allows me as the admin has made my experience very positive compared to past platforms I have used. It’s allowed me to find innovative ways to gather useful insights utilizing their technology capabilities like automation. It’s less useful when I’m trying to gather listening insights with a great deal of detail. Sometimes difficult to find a useful summary.
