Brandwatch has a bigger scope on listening outside conversations on Twitter or other channels such as Influencers. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud has that ability but works best in helping us manage our own scope (eg. fanpages and accounts) like comments form our fans and brand lovers or complaints in private messaging across all platforms.

Kustomer is great for our Email and Chat tickets, but was less optimized for social media. It was less organized regarding incoming channel (including public comments with direct messages in the same ticket) which made it difficult to accurately reply to customers with the info they needed.
