Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We are using BrowserStack to automate the flow of customer journey using our multiple brands of banking application. We we created multiple scenarios to run our scenarios in varioud platforms and mobiles devices . BrowserStack provided us all the required devices and OS to test our scenarios are working fine in all the devices and OS . BrowserStack also enable team to support mobile network device configured device testing which has given broader perspective of testing in realtime usgage of moblication . Overall best outcome of test results using BrowserStack
Pros
- Providing instant devices and platform setup to perform testing
- Provides mobile network configured devices support in recent work
Cons
- We have required to test instant authentication scenarios where user get the instant otp for login validation . Unless we have mobile network and data available we could not verify it from testing . But BrowserStack enabled mobile network device for testing
- Providing wide range of devices and platforms for testing
- Providing support for issue at the earliest
- Usage of BrowserStack so far contributed a lot for project in improvising the usgage of our banking applcication as out daily execution on BS on various devices has limited the impact of not working in specific devices issue .
Customer complaints on facing challenges in specific devices where we have never tested , without the support of BS where we started using later
