Keeping the Sales Team trucking toward monthly goals is a breeze!
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Motivator
At our startup, Zoho Motivator is being used among the sales team and also by the CEO. Previously, it was difficult to track sales pipeline status without going into Zoho CRM to check our "Deals" section. Zoho Motivator puts the information directly in front of you and provides nice filtering options to keep you up-to-date with real-time goals, which have been placed by the CEO.
Pros
- Straight-forward pipeline progress for monthly goals.
- Comparative filters to see each sales person's goals toward the monthly.
- Keeping Motivator as a seperate tool, instead of relying on navigation within Zoho CRM, makes the information easier to access.
Cons
- Not much customization in the way of adjusting the appearance of the interface and boxes (such as colors, shapes of the bounding boxes, etc.).
- Needs the ability to add alert notifications via email.
- More permission-based restrictions on what data specific users can see would be nice.
- Motivator has made it overall easier for sales meetings in looking at monthly progress.
- It provides a good foundation to build the sales team; by simply adding users to Zoho, we can easily implement new staff into our 'sales ecosystem.'
- It has provided the CEO with an easier way to monitor progress toward our ultimate yearly goal.
We previously used Insightly and Agile CRM, neither of which, at the time, had any tool that was similar enough to Motivator. Both systems had a Deals tracker, however, it was not very 'sales' oriented and had unimpressive filtering options. Motivator is an add-on to Zoho CRM, so the biggest up-sell is that it is integrated with our main CRM, and secondly, the Motivator module has numerous filters/views that can be tailored to our business as we grow.
