Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Trello to organize and schedule my day to day tasks. I also use it for project management and organizing what projects need to be done and all of the steps within that project that are necessary (and in what specific order) to accomplish. It's an incredible tool. I love Trello!

Usability

I am technology illiterate, it's my Achilles heel and this program is so easy to use. I have been utilizing it for a decade now. It makes organizing and prioritizing my life, my work, my business, my kids life, etc so much more manageable and without having to hold on to a bunch of into in my head. I can find it and locate it quickly and easily in Trello.

Alternatives Considered

Slack, Asana and monday CRM

Trello is more simple and not as "robust" as the other tools, but it's easier to use and manage and understand and ACTUALLY get stuff done with. It's simplicity is part of the beauty of using it. You don't need a million options that nobody uses, you just need to get stuff done.

It's great for project management, schedule organization, to-do lists, task organization, storing notes/key bits of info that you need access to quickly and easily and in an organized/routine manner. It's great for entreprenuers but also a great tool to use in your personal/daily life - like a busy mom or student.
