Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use multiple Gmail accounts for different parts of my business. Having all of my email in one place and not in my main browser makes it much easier to both access and shut down my email. While I could use different browser profiles, I like having my email separate and not needing to find the appropriate tab to access my email.

The shortcuts for moving between accounts are not particularly obvious
Similarly, short cuts for moving between email and calendars

Usability

There are few things that could be easier, but any flaws are outweighed by the value that is provides.

Alternatives Considered

I found Shift first and never needed to look for any other tools. It met my needs and I don't want to have to get used to a different tool.

It is very valuable when you have multiple email accounts that you need to access regularly throughout the day. I don't think it would be as useful for people who just have one account that they use all the time.
