How ONTRAPORT moved us from a manual business model to automation!
Overall Satisfaction with ONTRAPORT
It is an excellent product and easy to use once you understand the concept and process flow. To be successful and use ONTRAPORT to it's fullest, make sure to use their robust support system and very cool technical videos. Mastering the nine moves is the first step.
Pros
- Excellent CRM for small to medium businesses.
- Email tracking (date/time sent, received, opened, links clicked, etc).
- Automation of repetitive processes.
- Stats on emails, sequences, etc.
Cons
- Managing inventory.
- Shipping label integration with USPS/UPS/FedEx.
- More complete email delivery tracking. Some group messages not always received by everyone available in the group. Sent, Delivered but not read. Customer says they never got it.
- Faster product creation, sales and conversion.
- Easier to create and manage multiple sales funnels.
- Easier to manage customer communication and follow-up.
- 1ShoppingCart,AWeber
ONTRAPORT allows automation and having the best of ShoppingCart and Aweber in one package. Beside the fact that ONTRAPORT doesn't handle inventory as ShoppingCart does, we still love the ability to have one source to manage our products and customers in one location.
