Previously, using Google Sheets and spreadsheets led to frequent issues—records were often deleted by mistake, with no one taking responsibility, resulting in a blame game. Data inconsistencies were common due to multiple users handling the same sheets without proper updates. Since implementing Wrike and introducing request forms, work management has significantly improved, ensuring better organization and consistency.

Wrike has replaced Basecamp for our team. With Basecamp, it was challenging to gain visibility to projects that other team members didn't share directly. Plus, there wasn't an easy way to see how the workload was distributed across our team nor tools for automating tasks. Wrike provides us with the visibility and automation for our team to move quickly.

Trello and Google Sheets.

Trello has been a great workmate for 4 years, however its nature (too flexible for us) and the difficulty of defining mandatory fields made it chaotic and not very suitable for granular control.we also found a way to export some views to Google Sheets to better organize the team, but it was a bummer.
