Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

Easy and intuitive to use, no need for long trainings which is good
I use ZoomInfo Sales to search for companies and contacts info, review data, check intent and create lists for prospecting within the company. Something that I have been noticing for a little time is there are a lot of wrong mobile numbers, which makes it harder to do my prospecting. Emails are normally ok but not 100%

Well, as a person who works in the business development side, I truly depend on tools that are able to provide me all information possible about leads I need to contact. ZoomInfo helped me to filter and segment companies and contacts, create list, find emails and export data to my CRM
Both are ok, but I in my experience, ZoomInfo has a better usability, is faster and has more accurate data, however, it's more expensive

It's good for big companies who have a lot of money and don't need to use phone numbers, also, for companies who use other tools for intent and scoring.
Not good for small companies who need to email, call, understand which clients might fit or not, price is high and there are cheaper competitors who will give you the same data
