Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for our engineers, who submit claims on a monthly basis.
It is usually easy to process a claim, we do have occasional errors, especially with mileage for company cars. This is always resolved by Webexpenses team.
We have been with Webexpenses for the past 4 years and we quite satisfied with everything.

  • Saving time by reducing queries
  • Less paperwork as all done online
It is easy to use and there is also a lot of support provided, incl help on the website as well as chat. We do not seem to be getting many complaints/queries from our employees with regards to using the portal or app.
It is easy to contact Webexpenses, sometimes the call you back which can take some time but usually once you get to speak with someone, they can resolve your problem immediately.
Claims submission and expense processing is very easy with Webexpenses, once the engineer submit the claim it is reviewed, approved and paid. The process is quick and saves a lot of time as there is no paperwork involved.
We are quite happy with how the Webexpenses works, once we signed up with Webexpenses we were able to explain exactly what we want, and the system was created specially for us. there are some issues that we are facing with Sage Integration that cannot be accommodated, however the app and portal meet our requirements.

I believe that Webexpenses will suit any business. We worked closely with the Webexpenses team to create our portals, and we are quite pleased with everything that we have achieved. Also, if there is any additional feature that we want to add this can usually be easily accommodated by Webexpenses.
