I was not involved. But based on my role, we have policies and procedures in place to cover what is applicable for expenses and what isn't. As a part of my onboarding it was all setup as a based on my role which was very helpful.

Does everything required for me to quickly submit my claim, it usually has everything I need on a day to day basis covered in each section, whether that's parking, mileage or fares. Easy workflow is the main thing for me, as I'm not a tech wizard so this is key to make this as painless as possible
