Being one of the biggest financial institute, BMC Control-M is used to run banks books and ledgers, regulatory reports. Control-M handles thousands of jobs on both distributed and Mainframe platform without any issues.

- Run Batches on Unix/Windows and Mainframe servers
- Handles dependencies between multiple application batches
- Provide alert and API capabilities which helps to monitor, escalate and resolve batch related issues in time
Cons
- With Control-M WEB, there is lot of instability
- Slowness in Control-M WEB
- Control-M REST API Syntax need to explain in details
- more stable Batch execution
- excellent notification facility which reduced production impact
