Overall Satisfaction with Conductor
We are an agency that is retained by a number of large, national clients. We use conductor to track keyword performance, plan campaigns, report on success, investigate competitors and optimize content. Having all of this functionality in one tool helps to streamline our operations and makes reporting on actions as well as iterating our campaigns much easier.
Pros
- Content analysis.
- Competitor research.
- Keyword tracking.
- Reporting via workspaces.
- Content performance
Cons
- The colour choice for the UI.
- Navigation between accounts.
- Navigation between tools.
- Access to data
- Improved productivity.
- Better reporting.
- More rapid ability to respond to changes.
We use Conductor in conjunction with DeepCrawl, and that gives us the ability to see really detailed, super granular data about the technical aspects of our various client websites in the same place. The home screen of Conductor allows us to see changes from DeepCrawl and relate those back to what we are doing without having to navigate multiple tools.
Conductor gives us the ability to pull together multiple work streams into one tool and allows SEO, content, and paid teams to collaborate and track changes together by using a small set of workspaces. This makes it really easy. Not every team member needs to be proficient with the tool; they just need to know where the workspaces they need to use are to be able to be informed.
Understanding your audience is key to success in any marketing strategy; Conductor's Explorer feature allows us to build a clearer picture of what customers need and where they go to get it. Seeing this in one place cuts down on the amount of time it takes to make data-led decisions and speak directly to customers.
I have been in SEO for over a decade, and in that time, I have used just about every tool on the market. Conductor is the tool we get the most useful insights from in the easiest way. The support and help we get from the Conductor team are one of the main reasons we ignore the constant requests from other tools to have a demo and switch over. We work with well-known UK brands, so we're often targeted at events and conferences as a way to get enterprise-level clients to switch to new tools.

Conductor Feature Ratings
Using Conductor
5 - SEO Consultants and Execs. We work with clients using Conductor so it's integrated into our SEO department on quite a deep level. We use it at least weekly, particularly if we have an individual test or project to set up. That's about all I can say about that for now.
I'm not entirely sure what this question means to be honest
- Keyword performance
- Content tracking
- Workspaces
- Comparative performance tracking
- If we could have better data access the possibilites might increase
