Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Jira

I use Jira for organizing my team task in a Scrum approach on the context of Software Development as part of a Dev Ops culture. It help me to better plan the future features, to reach deadlines and understand my team affords and also tracking the health of the applications, and also present reports for the rest of the company.

  • Better integration with wikis, the Confluence to not work well
  • The project configurations is hard to understand
  • The stories are difficult to mange in a sprint
  • Make feature delivery faster
  • Bring knowledge of the core development for the company
  • Make planning easier on the long run
Is great tool for develop software, is full integrated with our repositories on bitbucket, making things automated, but a think is confuse sometimes on the user experience and for the ADM user experience when configuring the projects, could be more user firendly on that part.
Jira was the application choose by the company that work for, was already part of the culture, it perform well for organizing and managing the software projects and the company, ClickUp its easier to configure projects and automations and Azure Dev Ops and Trello is simpler but very well organized.
