We gave it a 10 because Akamai Connected Cloud has proven to be an extremely reliable and versatile platform that fully meets our security, performance, and scalability needs. The support we have received is excellent, and the features offered have allowed us to significantly improve business operations and respond quickly to market challenges. For these reasons, renewing the service is a clear choice for us.

I've been using Linode for over a decade and do not foresee undergoing the effort to move to another cloud host. Everything has been running smoothly and reliably. Linode communicates clearly when upgrades or downtime are needed, and that is pretty rare. They continue to deliver great value for the price and they seem to care about how their customers are doing.
