Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics
We use Zoho Analytics when we need more complex reports than Zoho CRM Offers. We don't use it primarily because the components cannot be pulled into the CRM Dashboard.
Pros
- The complexity of Zoho Analytics reports is really good
- The customization of new Zoho Analytics repots is straightforward and easy to generate new reports
- The options for pre-set reports is very handy and makes it easier to create new reports based on a pre-defined report.
Cons
- Zoho Analytics could greatly improve if the synchronization of data was more often. Twice in a day is not very convenient when you need to create a report and realize that the data totals do not match what is live in the CRM.
- More Zoho powered training videos would benefit for Zoho Analytics, most of the time if i'm looking for Analytics support I have to turn to you tube for Non Zoho based training videos
- No Impact, as it is not of primary use across the org.
