Overall Satisfaction with Zendesk Suite
We use Zendesk to communicate with sellers. We send them emails, and they send them back. It helps us send and receive emails from and to the sellers.
Pros
- We are able to send email to seller's.
- We are able to track tickets.
- We are able to solve and open ticket.
- Seller's are able to send emails to us.
- We are able to do side conversation within the company.
Cons
- There is nothing to improve.
- There is only positive.
- All tickets are being worked on efficiently.
- We are able to see if there are some that are not worked on and work on them.
It makes it easier for customers to communicate with us. They can send emails anytime, and we will receive them and be able to answer and send those emails back to the customers.
