We use is to send messages to employees about their schedules or any updates needed to be rolled out to the floor. Makes our lives easier

We have automated shift bids and pto bids with the system
We have been able to update roles and FTEs. In doing so we were able to provide case on hiring more agents
Automation of pto and schedule bids.
