this is great not to have to monitor. flawless.
need a better stratic planning device. data from verint helps
time off, schedule adjustments
it is very easy once learned. there are some glitches for large organizations

historical data...takes out employees that have been removed.... need a way to pull historical reports that are accurate with "old" employees
