Trello an intuitive way to organize your work
Overall Satisfaction with Trello
Well, for a while, we used Trello as our primary platform for organizing work, collaborative boards, and organizational modules. During these three years of use, while it was very helpful, we noticed that, given the size of the organization, it was starting to become too small for the use we required. However, I can say that Trello is an excellent first tool and that using it definitely helps a lot.
Pros
- Organize tasks
- Check project status
- Monitor activities and time
- Add apps and extensions to the platform
- A good card system
Cons
- Overall site performance
- Improve security. During the time we were using the platform, it crashed several times, impacting our daily operations, leaving us with no way to access it offline (the phone app was an option, but this, too, tended to fail).
- Improve access. Since Atlassian acquired Trello, in our experience, creating an account or simply accessing boards has become more complicated than before, using just two clicks.
- Agility in task management.
- Organization of duties within the organizational structure.
- Active monitoring of activities (operational quality control).
- Time Scaling
Okay, I have to say that at the organization where I work, we completely switched from Trello to monday.com, and it wasn't an easy decision. As I've mentioned throughout this review, I think Trello works perfectly for small and medium-sized businesses and/or entrepreneurs looking for a more intuitive and faster way to access an organizational platform for their activities. The use of Power Ups, dynamic cards, and the add-ons that Trello can manage are quite optimal for this. However, when you try to manage them in larger projects and/or clients, in my experience, that's when you reach a limit and require a system change.
