Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

I tries IntegrationI used the Integration Suite from the SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud to see how easy it is to use the application in the cloud. However, it is very difficult for an inexperienced user to find their way around and the whole roles and rights concept is also difficult to understand at first.

Pros

  • Pay as you Go Order process works very well
  • Performance of the UI is pretty smoth

Cons

  • If you assign new roles or rights to a user, you can get problems and need to delete cookies and cache, to get it work.
  • We are trying to adapt the software
The UI is pretty smoth. The navigation could be better.
I don't had contact with support during my Proof of Concept to get in touch with the software.
I have not seen or used any of the use cases - I didn't know, that this exists.
