Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We have Integration Suite enabled. We are in the process of activating SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Audit log in upcoming weeks.

Pros

  • Integration Suite is very good.
  • Enterprise Threat Detection cloud edition is good in knowing on the alerts.
  • Audit log is good feature which is helping us understand changes performed.

Cons

  • Clarity on cost for API calls and other apps integration cost for any workflow automations.
  • More RPA out of the box being included.
  • Separate licensing is skipped which saves us money but it is based on usage which is making us more expensive
  • RPA automation is more expected
  • SAP HANA Cloud visibility and performance improvements on them
As of now we don't have them extensively used scenarios. We have had a case to use workzone but they are not replaced with portal capabilities. It is used as JAM site for IBP application for user group discussion. Beyond this we don't have any extensive usage as of now. After attending these Teched we will be considering for more usage in future.
I have had complete support from production team in clarifying queries or providing us with necessary documentation.

Integration suite is good. All b2b communication is excellent as it is SaaS solution less of maintainence works. Needs improvement in cost related and more clarity on usage. Enterprise threat detection and Audit log enablement are excellent in knowing changes being made in the environment. Overall satisfied and looking forward for more innovations.
