Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Automotive industry is really demanding and New Product Launches as well as improvements to the existing products, need to happen in a matter of a few days.
I read about Miro 2 years ago and I decided to download the free trial trying to give a shape to my workload and the bunch of meetings to attends and ideas from me and my teams.
The surprise for me was that Miro is really easy to use it, so intuitive and provides you the full picture of all the activities in your plate (but structure in small bites that are so easy to digest).
Now Miro has been extended to all offices in my company, including the manufacturing locations, Product Development has been improved 35% in its initial phases and for 2024 the plan is to reduce 75% of the time compared with previous years.

- When you export to spreadsheet would be great if you can transcribe the formats, color and shapes.

As part of a global company we have personnel distributed in many locations (Germany, USA, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Italy, Spain, etc), and is hard to us to set a time to meet us and provide advances.
Miro is solving this problem because everybody can enters evidence of their advances, describe the impediments that they are experienced and mention what are their next steps to continue moving forward the projects.
And the notifications that Miro send you via email keep you informed in every moment about the updates in your Miro board.

To many steps in Jira to do what Miro makes in seconds. In addition to this Miro has a really good catalogue of templates ready to use and the training library in Miro is years ahead of what Jira offers. And from my personal point of view I don't like Jira because you need to open from an internet browser, instead to have its own dedicated app like Miro
