Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for collaboration and as a drawing board for ideas. It is very helpful to draw different customer journeys and other ideas.

Pros

  • I love how you can collaborate.
  • The tools to draw journeys.
  • All of the tools to make it interactive and how easy it is to share the boards with others.

Cons

  • It's hard to navigate and see to enlarge.
  • It's harder to learn in the beginning but once you get a hang of it, it's great!
  • Unsure.
Wasn't involved in integration.
It makes it so easy to share ideas with everyone. I love how I can build out my ideas but collaborate virtually. With all of the remote work, this is a perfect tool.

I didn't look into any other products.
I love using this for journeys. I feel like using it as an idea board makes complete sense. I can't think of a place where Miro isn't suited.
