Overall Satisfaction with IDrive Online Backup and Object Storage e2
I have been using IDrive for several years now alongside iCloud and I assure you I am more secure with IDrive! It's a true backup system which never deletes anything until I manually delete it within the dashboard. (Hear that Apple?). I've never had a failure and I know my data is safe and secure where it should be. I sleep well because of IDrive.

- Doesn't delete files until I manually do it.
- Is easy to navigate
- Always there for me.
Cons
- Tech support should quickly assess the users experience level and speak at the users level.
- Speed up file retrieval.
- Lower pricing for small personal accounts
- I use this for personal computers
