Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

I use GoTo Webinar exclusively to participate in webinars organized by other companies, so my perspective is from a participant in a webinar broadcast by GoTo Webinar. I use its app from an iPhone and access it from a PC. This helps me access relevant content published by large organizations that contribute to my professional growth.

Pros

  • Organize the presentation well.
  • Give you interaction options.
  • Give you control over video and sound on your computer.

Cons

  • It could have a web version (I need to download an exe file).
  • For me it has no impact once I use it to watch webinars.
I used it both from my iPhone and from my PC, and the app interface is very intuitive on both devices. I can't complain about video and quality on both devices, either.
I can't compare GoTo Webinar with other products from the same company because I haven't tested them. However, I can compare it with similar products from Zoom, Cisco, and Google, and GoTo Webinar performs within expectations.

As a webinar participant, I tested many other platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx, Google Meets, Teams, etc. GoTo Webinar is one more platform available that does the job very well and has pretty much the same features as the others. I believe that all these platforms have the same basic features, and GoTo Webinar doesn't stand behind its competitors.
