Overall Satisfaction with Control-M

We use CtrlM for job scheduling, Which allows us to execute the processes at the established times and with the required visibility. Operation IT Center.

Cons

  • Simplicity of the interface.
  • Weekly and monthly reports of execution times and errors.
  • The benefit is to optimize the execution times of the processes allowing a shorter availability time of the central systems.
  • High cost.
5 - Operation Center, time optimization, less downtime, and monitoring all processes and integration.
Operators need high technical skills.
Both cover the functionalities that we require. We are with CtrlM because it is a solution that other business units of the organization have.
