Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We needed a way to quickly, easily create documents on demand. Conga Composer allows our end users to do this on a click of a button. Reducing their time spent, as they were doing this individually one by one before. Due to this automation, we have reduced their workload and their stress levels.

Cons

  • It needs some updates, from visualforce to lightning for example.
  • documentation on their site needs to be the same as their youtube channel
  • Time saving document generation
  • easy to setup a new solution
Its a real easy tool to use once you understand how the solution set up works.
On a click of a button, and in pure automation, my company has been able to relieve the workflow issues that bogged down their teams for decades.
