Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer to assemble our pricing documents that are provided to our distributors and customers. These documents house pricing information and contract information. Conga composer allows us to reference information from custom objects which is great!

Pros

  • Admin friendly without needing a salesforce developer
  • Generates an organized PDF output that is easily digestible
  • Have not run into limits when building tables

  • Quicker run time when merging document information
  • We have been able to save over 300 user hours annually by implementing conga
  • Time saved on the Admin side as well
  • Great feedback getting things quicker
We have an easy time generating these documents quickly and correctly. We have a limited number of licenses so our users do not have permissions.
We’ve been able to save 300 user hours annually by implementing conga batch to send out pricing documents. It’s made a huge impact on our users time. We’re also able to send these documents to multiple people, removing work on the sales user as well.
