Great solution even if you're non-techy
Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
I build my own funnels, website, landing pages etc. So I use BrowserStack to ensure consistency of UI on a platform agnostic basis. Particularly as it relates to mobile devices. Before I came to using this tool, I would get feedback about glitchy issues that I was oblivious to. This tool helps me ensure consistency of customer/user experience and elevates my professionalism.
Pros
- Ability to flick through different device options in one interface
- Exhaustive and constantly updated options, to keep with new product releases
- Ability for a non-tech person (such as myself) to navigate the platform with ease
Cons
- Limited scope for testing on free version
- A low fee option (with limited functionality commensurate with price) would be great for non-tech people who need this infrequently as opposed to the needs of power users.
- Simplicity
- Clear navigation
- Versatility
- Fewer comments from clients on glitches
- Definitely a feeling of confidence in my UI
- Enhancing my belief that I can manage my tech, despite not having a strong background in this space
I was totally in the dark in terms of how my pages were appearing to users who had devices outside of those I had at home, that I was using to test UI. I only run Apple gear at home, so I had no idea what was going on for Android based devices, devices with different screen resolution etc. It made me feel unprofessional and uncertain. The BrowserStack platform allowed me to overcome this feeling and proceed with confidence.

Helped shine a light into what was could previously have been described as the murky depths of confusion!
Nothing else actually. BrowserStack was recommended to me as the best, simplest, go-to solution. I found it to be very user friendly and satisfied my requirements, so I was happy to stick with it and did not go elsewhere looking for anything else. This experience has been more than sufficient, I am happy to remain loyal based on how easy this has been for me and the results I have gotten.
