Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We started with BrowserStack when we got stuck in our multiple device testing activity. Later on surfing, I came to know about BrowserStack and we purchased it.
BrowserStack helped us in resolving multiple device testing, also I am using windows machine so it helped me in cross browser testing (switching from Edge to Safari and vice versa) which actually saved us buying Mac Os devices like iPad/different models of Iphones etc It is really an amazing experience using BrowserStack, I recommend this to use.

Pros
- Multiple devices testing (Android/iOS)
- Cross browser testing (Edge/Chrome/Safari)
- It gave a feel of real device
- Its a cloud base platform so saves infra cost
- It reduced the cost of buying multiple testing devices
Cons
- Sometime switching from OS version it lags
- Introduction of AI to TCs execution is nice
- License pricing seems a bit high or may be free trial access can be increased
- It reduced the cost of buying multiple devices as we have multiple devices access in it
- Easily accessible from anywhere due to it cloud availability
- Improved the test coverage by using multiple browser on a single machine

- Introducing this to our client also helped us in building trust as well as winning their confidence during deliverables
While performing testing for mobile devices either we have to buy multiple devices or we have have to do something with browsers to check UI/UX part. Some of the times we have asked our customer/clients to perform mobile testing on multiple device at their end on which we have to do some negotiations while quoting for the project commercials.

Yes, using BrowserStack really helped us a lot in maintaining the quality of the product. Though it was a simulator but behaves like a real device. After started using this we got the trust to commit the client for mobile testing as well cross browser testing. Also, it gives you the debug reports, which is something awesome. Device/multiple machine setup cost was reduced in just a single license cost.
