Our organization leverages BrowserStack to test cross-platform apps and browsers. This tool is invaluable for checking responsiveness across various devices, allowing us to minimize the need of buying an inventory of various devices. Recently, our team has also begun using BrowserStack’s app accessibility testing tool, which is instrumental in identifying ADA-related issues.

BrowserStack has helped us in providing every individual with various testing mobile devices on the go without the need of purchasing each and every device.
Inspect application is also a very important features that have helped us in building more stable applications.
Our development team also found it very easy to debug and issues that arise in our application due to easy access to BrowserStack

Previously there was a constraint to having a need to get devices for every QA member also we were facing the issues of keeping the application on the company network but now because of local network testing feature it is very easy to keep our app secured from external threads.

Live access has been helpful in testing out websites on safari browser as well as other cross platform browsers.
App Live is used by our team to test applications on iOS and Android. Even we use it for testing on bigger and smaller screen devices.
Accessibility testing is also important because it provided us the way to start with ADA testing.

One thing I like about BrowserStack is that its user friendly and requires a minimum effort to learn about it. The ability to test apps on multiple mobile and tabs with different sized makes the experience much easier and ensures that a proper testing has been done. One thing that I would like BrowserStack to have is that it should have a repository of smart watches and Smart TVs so testing can be performed for those as well.
