Overall Satisfaction with Addigy

All our clients are in Addigy for MDM. This way we can provide them updates, and manage their computers remotely.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Support is always reachable
  • Built-in profile manager
  • Constantly evolving

Cons

  • UI could be cleaner
  • System update scheduler needs more details
  • Needs to implement a "Please wait we are installing things" screen
  • Positive - it's ease allows us to fix computers very quickly
  • Negative - they had a bad outage in the last few months - but then again all cloud companies have
  • Positive - I can pull any information about any computer - making my job as an IT manager easier.
