I'm able to get alerts onsite or remotely via iOS notifications, even on my apple watch.
Systems that go down usually get fixed before we even see a helpdesk ticket.
My mental health can suffer when we have massive outages due to alert fatigue - but there is a way to set things in PRTG Network Monitor as maintenance mode, or acknowledge alarms without pausing or ignoring which is awesome.
