Whenever I had an issue with Akamai Connected Cloud Linode, in any aspect, account problems or service issues, Akamai Connected Cloud Linode support was always there for me, they provided helpful instructions and assistance, and was always direct and cooperative and had fast responses

They have been very helpful with any and all of our support needs at any hour especially with our team members from different timezones.

Support was excellent and fast. The documentation is extensive and helpful. I learned many things from their online documentation. I did not contact them by phone, but email took a day or less. Complex problems would probably need a service contract. I liked the friendly and polite tone of the support.

I've asked many levels of questions. From noob how-to-setup-my-server questions to ask for more IP addresses and help in getting them set up. They always respond swiftly and relevantly. Compared to other providers, you have to bounce a couple of times with different levels of support actually to land on someone who _understands_ your problem. Other providers, even if they are actively having downtime, their support will respond hours later. Not Linode/Akamai. They are always there for you. They promise this, and they do deliver.

on one occasion I had to contact support with a problem and they were professional and helped me solve the problem in a very short time.
